I am, etc. to acknowledge the

recei t of your letter, reference RN. of

the 5th February, 1935. on the subject of

an application to the Judicial Committee

of the Privy Council for special leave to

appeal in forma pauperis on behalf of one,

Ng Loi Yuen, and to inform you that a

telegram is being sent to the Governor of

Hong Kong regarding the postponement of

the execution of the sentence of death

on the prisoner pending the hearing of the

application.
